Matt Montowski explained a records retention schedule is a list identifying what can be thrown out and when.
Matt Montowski said he sees a need for a records retention schedule. He said he feels it is something the township should work on.
Matt Montowski said he would like to incorporate future Records Commission meetings with the annual Reorganization Meeting. The Trustees agreed to discuss records retention further
at that time.
William Rofkar said if the Records Commission gets to a point where we would like to
dispose of records we will follow the criteria laid out to do so. Gary Mortus agreed.
