Special Meeting
November 14, 2011
A Special Meeting to discuss personnel was called to order by Chairman Matt Montowski on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. in the conference room of the administration building.
In attendance were Matt Montowski, William Rofkar, Gary Mortus, Karen Shaw, and
Bob Rogers.
A lengthy discussion took place regarding staffing levels within the police department.
William Rofkar made a motion to approve Ron Timmons as an intern with the police department with no pay while he works on completing his police certification. Gary Mortus seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.
Gary Mortus made a motion to adjourn the Special Meeting. William Rofkar seconded the motion. All voted aye. The meeting was adjourned at 8:46 a.m.
