Public Hearing
April 23, 2013
Chairman Gary Mortus reconvened the Public Hearing of April 9, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in the conference room of the administration building.
In attendance were Gary Mortus, Matt Montowski, William Rofkar, Karen Shaw,
Dan Barlow, and Randy Riedmaier.
Gary Mortus asked for any comments from the floor regarding the proposed text amendments.
There being no comments from the floor, Matt Montowski made a motion to close the discussion to the floor. William Rofkar seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.
Gary Mortus stated the proposed text amendments were approved by the Zoning Commission and Regional Planning.
The Trustees briefly discussed the proposed text amendments.
Matt Montowski made a motion to approve the text amendments as proposed. William Rofkar seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.
William Rofkar made a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing. Matt Montowski seconded the motion. All voted aye. The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
