Catawba Island Township Board of Township Trustees
Public Hearing
July 14, 2015
Chairman Gary Mortus called the Public Hearing to order on Tuesday, July 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the conference room of the administration building.
In attendance were Gary Mortus, Matt Montowski, William Rofkar, Karen Shaw, Jim Stouffer, Steve May, and Tony Corona.
Gary Mortus explained application #668164, the proposal is for an expansion of the Catawba Cleveland Development Corp. previously approved planned unit development “The Sanctuary at Catawba Island Club”. It includes two parcels of land at 4472 and 4482 E. Beach Club Road in Section 3, Lot 4 of Catawba Island Township.
Gary Mortus said the Zoning Commission heard and approved the request on June 24, 2015.
Steve May spoke on behalf of the Catawba Cleveland Development Corp. explaining the expansion request.
The Trustees discussed the request.
Matt Montowski made a motion to approve application #668164 request for expansion
of the “The Sanctuary at Catawba Island Club” planned unit development as presented.
William Rofkar seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried.
Matt Montowski made a motion to adjourn the Public Hearing. William Rofkar seconded the motion. All voted aye. The meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
