The regular meeting of the Catawba Island Township Zoning Commission was called to order at 7:30 p.m. on August 27, 2003 in the conference room by Patti Piacentino. In attendance: Patti Piacentino, Stan McCumber, Dave Drusbacky, Ryan Nuhfer, Paul Patterson, Pat Cerny and Robert Schroeder. The minutes of the July meeting were read and approved as received. Stan McCumber made a motion to approve the minutes, Ryan Nuhfer, second, all voted aye.
The Commission then discussed the Catawba Bay subdivision and PUD with the Commission doing some calculations.
Pat Cerny stated that we must look at the signage regulations and either rewrite some regulations or make some new ones. A winter project.
Paul Patterson made a motion to adjourn and Stan McCumber second the motion. All voted aye.
