MINUTES OF THE CATAWBA ISLAND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
FEBRUARY 14, 2024
Attendees
Chairman Bryan Baugh called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Board members in attendance included: Rebecca Dubber, Bill Baker, and Doug Blackburn. Todd Bickley, Zoning Inspector and Trustee Matt Montowski were also in attendance.
Chairman Baugh dispensed of reading the meeting process.

Other Business
Mr. Bickley reported that two (2) applications have been submitted for the March meeting.
Mr. Bickley noted that the two (2) appeals have been dismissed by the Ottawa County Common Pleas Court. Patrick Bunch, et al. has appealed the Common Pleas Court decision to the Court of Appeals that sits in Toledo.
Approval of Minutes – January 10, 2024
The meeting minutes from the January 10, 2024 meeting was mailed to each member. Rebecca Dubber moved to approve the January 10, 2024 meeting minutes. The motion was seconded by Doug Blackburn. Motion passed.
Adjournment
Rebecca Dubber moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Doug Blackburn. Motion passed and the meeting was adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
