William Rofkar said the paint has been taken off the Community Hall. He said he feels we should just finish the mortar joints and paint the building. William Rofkar said he is concerned about the material sticking because there is a fair amount of paint still on the building that we were unable to remove. He said he would prefer to take care of the building structurally. Trustees agreed to budget $3,500 to complete the mortar repair and then have our maintenance personnel paint the building. Trustees also agreed to paint the Community Hall a dark red color to blend in with the existing brick.

Gary Mortus made a motion to waive any public hearing on the transfer of a liquor permit, seconded by Robert Schroeder. All voted aye.

William Rofkar made a motion to adjourn. All voted aye.
