Chairman Bryan Baugh called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m. Members in attendance included Doug Blackburn, Jack Ziegler and Flint Heidlebaugh, Alternate. Also in attendance were Todd Bickley, Zoning Inspector and Trustee Matt Montowski.
New Business
Trustee Montowski informed the Board that the Trustees have approved a minor modification to Harbors Edge Condominium in the Second Expansion of the Catawba Island Club Golf Course and P.U.D. The modification is for Phase VI which will consist of twenty-four (24) single family condominiums.
Old Business
Mr. Bickley noted that the briefs for the Miller Boat Line use variance approval appeal have been filed. Judge Winters will review and issue a decision.
Approval of Minutes – February 13, 2019
The meeting minutes from the February 13, 2019 meeting was mailed to each member. Jack Ziegler moved to approve the February 13, 2019 meeting minutes. Flint Heidlebaugh seconded the motion. Motion passed.
Adjournment
Jack Ziegler moved to adjourn the meeting and the motion was seconded by Flint Heidlebaugh. The motion passed and the meeting was adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
