Agenda Item 2 – Unfinished Business – Text Amendments
Todd Bickley distributed proposed text amendments for accessory buildings. Mr. Bickley noted the proposed changes for the “A” Residential Low Density District and the “R-4” District. In the “A” District, the side and rear yard setbacks for an accessory building would change from ten feet (10’) to five feet (5’). In the “R-4” District, the cumulative maximum square feet for accessory buildings would be 750 square feet. Currently, size limitation is not addressed for an accessory building to a single-family dwelling in the “R-4” District.
