MINUTES OF THE CATAWBA ISLAND TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

JANUARY 14, 2026

Vice-Chairman Doug Blackburn called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Board members in attendance included: Brian Caldwell, Rebecca Dubber, Bill Baker, and Alternate Michael Schenk. Todd Bickley, Secretary, and Trustees Diane Belden and Chris Cellier were also in attendance.

Vice-Chairman Blackburn dispensed the reading of the meeting procedure.

No new business to conduct.

Reorganization

Rebecca Dubber made a motion for the following 2026 officer nominations:

• Brian Caldwell – Chairman
• Doug Blackburn – Vice-Chairman
• Todd Bickley – Secretary

The motion was seconded by William Baker and it passed unanimously.

Minutes – December 10, 2025

Brian Caldwell made a motion to approve the December 10, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes. The motion was seconded by Rebecca Dubber. Motion passed.

Adjournment

Vice-Chairman Blackburn adjourned the meeting at 7:03 p.m.
