ADMINISTRATIVE FEES:

$250 – Zoning District change initiated by property owner or by petition.
  – Applications withdrawn before the Zoning Commission hearing will be refunded 50% of fee. No refund after that time.

$250 Area & Use Variances, Appeals & Conditional Uses
  – Applications withdrawn before any funds are expended will be refunded at 100%. Applications withdrawn after public notice publication & before BZA hearing will be refunded at 50%.

$1,000 – Application for Planned Unit Developments

Up to $1,000 – Addition to Planned Unit Development
  – The fee for the addition of contiguous land to an existing Planned Unit Development will be $300.00 for acreage and the first fifty units or part thereof. An additional fee of $100.00 will be charged for each additional fifty units or part thereof up to the $1000.00 maximum fee.

Double the Base Fee – Delinquency Zoning Permit Fee
  – Failure to obtain a zoning certificate before starting Construction.
