Special work meeting was called by the Catawba Island Trustees on November 30, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. held in the conference room with all present; also Pat Cerny, John Smothers, Meredith Beck, Al Layton, Reggie Langford and Attorney Joan Szuberia.

Chairman Robert Schroeder called the meeting to order. A motion was made by Gary Mortus and seconded by William Rofkar to adjourn to executive sesstion to discuss legal litigation with the Attorney. All voted aye.

Gary Mortus made a motion to reconvene to the regular meeting. William Rofkar seconded and all voted aye.
