Meeting Minutes for June 17, 2026
Call to Order:
Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
People Present:
Brad Schwan, David Howell, Brian Washburn
Reading/Approval of minutes:
Approved April 15th meeting minutes.
Old Business:
The trail along south meadow fence has been vacated due to the neighbor’s building. Will move to inside hedge now.
Tennis court fences have been taken down in prep for re-building the courts.
Kevin Johnson will build benches for Catawba Point Preserve
Peacocks have been offered to be put in Cedar Meadow, board declined.
New Business:
David Howell suggested we plant a tree for America’s 250th celebration. It was decided to plant it near the old farm equipment. Mr. Howell will try to get info on the farm equipment.
