Meeting Minutes for May 17, 2024

Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:07 P.M.

People Present:
Brad Schwan, Jack Madison, Vicki Wheatley

Reading/Approval of Minutes:
The April 19, 2024 minutes were read and approved.

Items Discussed:

Old Business:
Brad Schwan met with Pete Smith of Courtsmith. Pete indicated that the tennis courts are at the end of its life. The options he shared were that they could be fixed which could extend the life by 1 – 2 years or fix to extend the life by 2-5 years or take them out and start over.

Pickleball Courts – The company working on the pickleball courts will attempt to resume in ten days.

The StoryBook grant opportunity offered by ODNR has been disregarded due to the complexity of the application and the timing of when the application is due.

Decisions Made:

Work on design completion for the kiosk will need to get started.
